Hello Nikonians,

Just joined the forum and this is my very first post. I had a few questions about NPS. Im considering starting a photography business, but I am not sure if NPS is right for me.

How many NPS members are there in the USA? Just wondering if this is an exclusive group or is everyone a member?

Is there a special NPS support phone line that is open 24/7? I see the website has customer phone support from 8AM-12PM.

Can I go to either the Melville or Hollywood office and receive repair while I wait? Do I receive priority on all my repairs?

Will my gear only be serviced by Nikon Technicians or will it be sent to ASF's?

Am I responsible for the inbound/outbound shipping costs or is that covered by NPS?
