"RE: D600 vs D7000"

I guess my "perspective" comes from the fact that I was always satisfied with the field of view of 35mm film. Until I started to shoot sports, about five years ago, I was pretty unhappy about the loss of wide angle FOV on DX. I don't need anything longer than 200mm (real 200mm, as it appears on FX/film), for anything I shoot other than sports. But, I need as wide as I can get for landscapes, architecture, travel, etc.. I also really miss my fast little primes for wide angle shooting indoors(my 24mm f2.8 was a great lens for interior shots of buildings for my business). Nikon hasn't given us an affordable (or even an unaffordable) 13mm f2.8 DX prime to substitute for the iconic 20mm f2.8 prime. Also, all of those great FX primes can be bought relatively cheaply used.

I can't wait to get the D600 in a year or so. I love my D7000, but I'm pretty sure it will be relegated to baseball/football only, once I scratch up the money for a D600.
