Sport is just what Dx0Mark calls their high ISO test.

The D800 isn't so far behind the D800E. The difference is about 4.5%. According to the Dx0Mark information:

"A difference in low-light ISO of 25% represents 1/3 EV and is only slightly noticeable"

a 4.5% difference is probably invisible.
