You're missing my point...
The original table shows that a card that is capable of write speeds faster than the camera can handle will still be written to faster than a slower card would. You can't exceed the camera's maximum write speed with either, but the "over-specced" card will probably get you closer.
You won't get a simple answer to your question unless someone tests every type of card with each type of camera.
