The RAW+JPEG LARGE FINE OPTIMUM quality is slower. It is about 10% slower than taking RAW only, possibly because of reduced buffer capacity. I measured 45.5 MB/s throughput.
No matter how fast cards you use the dual slot configuration is always approx. 6.5% slower than storing RAW+JPEG on a single fast card. Looks like the memory buffer has only a single write port to card and thus the only one port is active at the time and there is a switching overhead. I measured 42.6 MB/s in dual card configuration.
I don't have the 95mb/s Extreme Pro card. However, according to Rob Galbraith it is just a tad faster than my Lexar 600x. I would consider these card as equivalent in performance.
