No you said "some fanboy may offer "oh I had a great experience" this is saying if I say I had great customer service then I am a fanboy. This stifles responses because a newer members or new to Nikon who had great customer service my be less inclined to post as not to want to get into the fanboy argument. Does that make sense you can make your case for poor Nikon customer service without labeling those who have had great service and post about it as a fanboy. I know you were speaking in general but the effect is the same as pointing to one member.
I should have said using the term fanboy to refer to people who post positive experiences instead of using someone, as to recognize you were not singling out Brian.
