The D800 and D600 have enough differences internally that it would be a good idea to own both books. The D7000, D600, and D7100 are fairly similar internally. However, the D800 adds so many features that the enthusiast level cameras don't have, that it could be confusing to try and make the D800 book fit the D600.
I do not cover information on sensor cleaning in the book. However, I may write a good article on the subject, now that you have given me the idea. That way it could be used by many Nikonians, even without buying my book. I am writing a bunch of new articles for the Nikonians Premium Resources section. This could be one of them.
