I couldn't agree more, and some great pictures here too guys!
My first low light shoot was about 2 hours after picking up my D600, I just allowed it to wander up to ISO3200 as it saw fit (on camera strobe with Lumiquest 80/20)
I was astonished that I could simply export ISO3200 shots straight back out of Lightroom with ZERO PP. Nish, Nada, Nowt !!
Ok the file could be honed with some VERY minor tweaks, but in comparison with my D7000 at ISO1600 I'd be playing a dance between NR and sharpening on every shot, compared to nothing needed at ISO3200 with the D600!!
