Oh please, Stan et al, who thinks there is no dust problem on the D600 or that it is easily dealt with with regular cleaning - do not mislead gullible people with this idea.
I came back to this forum because last night as I had to help clean this young lady's D600. Same "dirt on my shots" complaint. I recommended the D600 to her and that was what she got and I feel bad about it. So I went and bought her some sensor cleaner at Best Buy. Even after showing her that it was relatively easy to do it, she said she WILL NEVER ever do it on her own.
So Stan, was this an "imagined problem"? Stop downplaying this "real" problem even just to help out young enthusiasts in this art, like this young girl I just mentioned above.
I am with you on how good the D600 is IQ-wise. I got one and returned it because of "real" dust issues. I AM going to buy another one when Nikon finally figures things out with it. I WANT Nikon to figure this problem out so we all can be happy with it.
Most of all, I WANT NIKON to really succeed with the D600 because of all the good things the camera offers.
