The lights cycle and That is what throws your WB off. I posted about this before too. In feb 2011. I did not take the time to look up the post, but these are the pics I took, seconds apart that show how the wb changed. i was shooting in auto. https://images.nikonians.org/galleries/showgallery.php/cat/18158
