I purchased a D600 in December and so far have not noticed any more dust buildup than I would expect on my other Nikon DSLRs. I use a D200, D5000, and D7000 in addition to my D600. When I still operated a wet darkroom it was not unusual to spend more time cleaning the negative and spotting the final print than the time it took to actually make a good print. Learning how to really clean a negative or slide and how to use spotting fluid like different shades of Spotone took hours. I do keep my sensors cleaned by using a blower but it is so simple to "spot" a digital file using PS Clone or Healing Brush that I really don't obsess over a bit of dust.
