I read the whole article and I think there are still a lot of variables that he wants to eliminate before drawing any conclusions.

I don't see any evidence of overexposure in my D600 but I only shoot RAW. There is no difference I can see between exposures made with my D7000 and D600 but I haven't rigorously tested for it.

When I use my hand held incident light meter, I compensate the camera's ISO 100 to ISO 80 on the meter. I think this is close to DxO Mark findings as well.
