Hi John,
Thanks for your advice.
I haven't got any solid argument, but I think I don't like DNG either. I haven't read too much on DNG, so I haven't got any rational and consistent reason, but I think I don't like any conversion to original raw data, except appending adjustments to the original file.

To be honest I don't believe this excess of 'purism' is noticeable in my amateur photography.
