This looks very useful, though I don't see the AFD 85mm f/1.4 there, I'd wager that there is a profile out there for most lenses, somewhere.

I am not at all fussed about emulating precise Nikon settings .. That is a decision that I am happy to make. But correcting heavy vignetting and/or distortion is a mechanical task, and should be automated.

I wonder what happens to the edits to raw files performed in Aperture if you try to bring them into a Lightroom? Very little I suspect.... But most of my keepers are already TIFFs.

I am going to trial Lightroom. I'd be interested in looking at the RAW conversion too.. I am not in love with the Aperture default RAW conversion. I'm seeing a little too much of the spinning beachball of death too....
