Does your camera "generate" dust and if so, doesn't it go away after a period of time and a few cleanings? Your analogy assumes much more than evidence would support with bad transmissions ans such. There has been no evidence of a defect but much evidence to support LensRentals conclusion of some dust inside the camera during a production process and blowing it out a few times gets rid of it steadily. That makes the analogy of a dirty windshield on a car much more relevant.
If you have personal tests on your own camera that supports your assumption of some defect that is "generating" dust, we would all like to see the first such evidence.
The D800 and D4 are assembled differently, on a different "cell" type assembly line thousands of miles away in another country so I would not be surprised that the dust left in those cameras would be different in nature and quantity.
These are not sealed devices and the scale of dust in every cubic cm of air if more than you might realize. As it is, even a dirty D600 mirror chamber is likely cleaner than any surface in your daily life.
