I won't jump ship but the dust/oil/shutter specs, is a real problem,. I have sent back 2 D600's. Cleaning the sensor is one thing but when you can watch spots accumulate as you are shooting throughout the day is redicuiious I shot both cameras only one day with only be lens a the photos were unusable after tab out 100 shots and by 800 shotsit was t mess.
I expect a camera a car a computer whatever it is I buy to work. My D90 has had its sensor cleaned only a few times and I have had a 7000 for a year now and there are a few spots I should clean but it's still useable.
The D600 has a major issue (flaw) and my guess is in a year or so they will be replacing failing shutters on these cameras.
Mean while I wait I really wanted to have 3 cameras wights same battery and all SD cards,I had that feeling for a a couple of days.
