Getting a subject spread over most of the frame, using wide angle lenses introduces distortion which is not flattering at all, especially to brides. Back off a bit so the desired subject is framed in the least distorted area that is also the image circle that suffers the least from field curvature and soft corners that occurs with the wide image circle of Fx.
With a little practice, you will notice other, better focus targets at the same focal plane as the eyes but closer to the best FP sensors in the middle. Nikon FX cameras cluster their FPs in a small area compared to the DX cameras. You can get used to the wider spead of FPs on DX and be dissatisfied initially when moving to FX. The D600 has an even narrower coverage area than other Nikon models. Getting used to spotting optimum targets on the same focal plane or recomposing, and selecting a aperture for suitable DOF will deliver better results with time. Coupled with keeping the subject in the least distortion portion of the frame, the center, and not trying to fill the frame will result in more appealing perspective, particularly female subjects. When shooting people with my 24 1.4, I make it a point of not have any females towards the sides, to reduce complaints. And that is a low distortion lens suitable for people and interiors.
