Just got the D600. Still debating whether to go with the D800 vs. D600 but I will be field testing the body over next 3-4 weeks so I can still trade up if needed. I sold off my D7000 as I really want to stay FX all the way. Biggest issue for me is DX factor. I do serious BIF/wildlife work & want all the reach I can get. Hoping the additional pixels will partially offset the lost 1.5X when I do serious cropping in post processing. But don't want to deal with the 36MP or the slower FPS of the D800 as well as higher cost unless necessary. Most of my images end up being projected or on screens of some sort so big prints are not my thing. Great IQ, low noise at high ISO & excellent AF (including the F/8 capability when using a 1.7X on my F/4 lenses) are what attracted me to the new body.
Also anyone try the WU-1b wireless mobile adapter on their D600? I know there has been one out for a while for the D3200. Reviews of that one were not all that great.
