Finnally, mine's here! Had to sell all my DX kit (gripped D7K, 16-85, 35 1.8), plus some guitar-related bits, but now it's here!
First impressions: body and controls much like the D7000 (which I love), great viewfinder, great back display, nice shutter action, nice crips files even at ISO 6400. The cluttering of AF points does not bother me, since I use back-button focus and recompose. Managed to get all my settings dialed in a couple of minutes, feels like using an old friend with a much improved sensor. The 50mm f1.8G got on it, and it will stay there for several months now. Only other lens I've kept is a 70-300 VR, and my SB-700 is also still aboard.
Couldn't be happier!
