Yea, I try to keep action in a contained space as much as possible. But with baseball, it's a challenge. Going from batter to outfielder is about a 160 degree swing, and further if I am covering from the 1st base side and it's hit long to the right fielder.

My dad would laugh at that. He passed last year at 91, but still worked out with his dumbbells every week.

My shoulders are pretty weak comparatively, but I'm pretty strong overall. Former bodybuilder/weightlifter.
