Quote> what would you have included or left out?

Quote>1. 24mp with usable ISO 12,800, but high ISO is not a deal
>breaker for me.<Quote<<<
RRR I would prefer the D4 Sensor with much higher ISO.

Quote>2. 1/500 flash sync, or even 1/1000 for that matter.
RRR I use flash so seldom that the pop-up will probably work for me.

Quote>3.Built in radio trigger, not just the RF wireless
RRR I would like the option to use the WT-5 and an ether port.

Quote>4.built in vertical grip like the D3 and D4
RRR I prefer the lighter, smaller D800 without grip.

Quote>5.Zoomed DX mode in the view finder, not just a masked out frame.
RRR Either that or a very faint grey that I can see a moving object thru.

Quote>6.Built in wireless transfer and built in GPS logging, my little smart phone can do it!
RRR I think there is a problem of interference by the metal camera body.

Quote>7.Electronic removable AA filter so you can choose when you
need that extra resolution, plus make the IR filter do the
same.
RRR The camera already uses software for that.
The filter has to be physically removed.

Quote>8.Leave out the video recorder, that's what camcorders are
>for.
RRR I am buying the D800 primarily for Video.
It will give me much better results "for my use" than a camcorder.

Quote>9.Wireless control from a smart phone.
RRR It is unlikely that they will add any functionality to the firmware.
We would need a hack for that.

Quote>10.Flip out tilting LCD screen.
RRR I like and use the one on my D5100, especially for Video.

Quote>11.mirror less system to reduce vibrations and improve FPS.
RRR Doesn't the D800 already have a "Mirror Up" mode?

Quote>12.And for god sake give us the user presets that are on the
D7000
and have been on Canon's for years instead of having to go into the menus.
RRR No comment. I think I can make do fine with what the D800 offers.
