George,

I think it is time to refresh your buffer. Maybe you missed my earlier post with actual facts vs opinions.

The Willow Springs Road Course has NINE turns and lots of elevation changes. The C7 beat the 911 on the Big Willow course. Has a better slalom time and has a higher skid pad G force score. So George, your comment about "one of them can go round corners", you are right. The C7 beat the 911 around all of the corners.

I am NOT saying the C7 is a better car than the 911. It shouldn't be at less than HALF the price. As I posted earlier, I have nothing but respect for the engineering and quality of Porsche. But the AMERICAN made Corvette is one hellava machine and the tech specs bear out that the C7 can beat or meet the 911 on track any day. Does the C7 have the build quality of a 911, NO. But the elitist view that you are a Troll for not driving a 911 or that the C7 doesn't belong in the same conversation, is stale, ignorant of the facts and outdated.

Be back later, I have to go grab some Nomex underwear.
