DxO Mark, and other reviews certainly don't reflect Nikonians' experiences.
Frankly, I see over reaching on all this. The D800 isn't some super precise instrument only usable with the best accessories by the best photographers. It does require somewhat better technique, more disciplined, but not anything unusual.
I've obtained excellent images with lenses not on the list, and also some real junk when I get lazy with lenses that are on the list.
Invest time in your skills, before you invest money in "the best" lenses. You may find out you can save some money. Get out and shoot, you'll learn more working with your equipment than you will by obsessing over charts and reviews.
