BTW, here are some affordable recommendations for what you mention:
Wide angle: the new Nikon 18-35mm AF-S G lens
Kit lens equivalent: Nikon 24-120mm 4.0 VR
Macro: new or used Nikon 105mm VR or one of the third pary 90-105mm macros, all of which are very good.
300mm+ telephoto: I'd get a used Nikon 300mm 4.0 AF-S, along with a 1.4 teleconverter.
