D800 pics will take a LOT more computing power to process and store.
Also the change from DX to FX will have a few consequences...the narrower effective depth of field is quite noticeable. But the upsides are numerous compared to D200:

1) hugely better high ISO performance.
2) significantly better Auto ISO implementation, especially the bit that allows minimum allowable shutter speed to be varied based on focal length
3) enormous detail in the pics when you crop or zoom in
