As Len indicates you are describing focus-shift which is a lens design property and has nothing to do with the camera. The 14-24 and 85 f/1.4G are two that I am aware of and I see you are noticing it in the 50 f/1.4G also.
I think the operative shooting method is to focus slightly closer than target if shooting these lenses stopped down. Or record the stopped down tuning value in a notebook and switch back and forth when shooting stopped down vs. wide-open. More practically it sounds like the stopped-down value would be used more frequently in most peoples shooting.
