According to page 270 of the manual the answer is yes.

Menu button > Shooting menu > Shooting menu bank > From the list A/B/C/D highlight the bank you want to reset > Press the delete (rubbish bin / format) button to left of viewfinder eyepiece.

Bank defaults are on page 405-6.
