Hey Henry,
ISO was just a random choice. I was trying to see if handholding the setup was going to be a trainwreck or not. It was not.

The NR was on low because I did not see an 'off' choice.

Next to try shooting a show with it.
Wish I had this 2 weeks ago when I shot the Rolling Stones instead of the Olympus OMD E5. I used the E5 with a Lumix 100-300 which was a 200-600 on the MFT. Had I had the D800 I could have cropped and still had tight images.
