I ordered the Geotagger N3-A. I received it very quickly but that is the end of the good story. Now for the bad part: I connected the GPS to my D800, turn ON the camera and immediately the control panel went blank. I quickly disconnected the GPS, check the camera and fortunately everything was OK. Then I tried the same thing on my D4. I could take one picture only. Afterwards the whole control panel started blinking madly. Again I disconnected everything and am ready to send the whole thing back to China. I would like to add that in neither case, did I see any red or green light on the GPS unit. It was as if there was a short of some kind. Both cameras have the 10-pin connector working as I use the Nikon MC-36 remote release all the time. Next I think I will try the Geotagger N2-A which received many good reviews on the forum. Did anyone experience the same thing with their N3-A?
