The histogram show in-camera is based on a JEPG version of the image. That means that the picture controls will affect the histogram and may differ from the histogram produced in Lightroom from the RAW data.

I would start by setting the camera to the Neutral picture control and see if that gets you close enough. If you need to you can then go in and create a custom picture control (check pages 107-111 in the manual) that may get you closer to what you see in Lightroom.
