I think with the high pixel density of the D7100, you will most likely only see Moire at wide apertures.

The D7100 has a pixel pitch of about 3.9 microns. The diffraction spot size of green light at f/4 is about 5.2 microns. So at that point I would think that diffraction is sort of acting as the AA filter. So you would most likely only see Moire when shooting with lenses at f/2.8 or faster.
