Make sure that all your lenses have an AI mount otherwise you can damage the D600 and D7000.

Of course the Canon mount lens can't be converted or adapted to Nikon mount. Your two series E lenses and the 500mm f5 mirror lens are fine. Have a real close look at the 55mm macro and the Vivitar lens mount.
