"RE: Battery problem"
Okay. Got the camera back today. So it was almost a month, since I first sent it in. So far, it is testing out great. The cost was $257.31 total. For that price, I got the following list of comments:Repair battery drainReplace Main PCB (I presume this is a main board within the camera)Grip coverAdjust Auto focus operationChecked image testClean image sensorGeneral check and cleanSo it seems that they did a lot for the D700, before returning it to me. All in all, it was a fairly painless experience. I would do it again, given the same conditions.By the way, I did check the battery level now and it shows the battery as brand new.Looking through several lenses, the sensor does indeed, look nice and clear.
