For those examples I didn't use any dust removal at all. I was just pretty careful at cleaning the slide. I'm from the darkroom days so I'm pretty experienced at that. I don't use ICE or any other dust removal software. I just manually go in and remove it in Photoshop.

For the D700 slide shot, though, I didn't really care and just plopped it in the slide holder and shot.

The full equipment list that I used is on the flickr link I put in the original message, but it was a 50mm f/1.8 AF (not D).
