I quickly adjusted the white balance in Capture NX2 using a single neutral control point on the microphone - result is below (very compressed JPEG). With tricky lighting, I usually try to use control points in post, but if I can tell there won't be anything neutral coloured in the shot, I use a grey card - or even anything white/grey/black, to get a fix in a trial shot. The white balance can then be copied from the trial shot into the other photos. Either way, you can worry about white balance later, & focus on getting the shots you want at the time.
