First things first, make absolutely sure there are no clogs in the print heads. Then I would try shaking the ink cartridges gently. And lastly, if they are past the expiration date I would replace them - starting with the cyan and light cyan cartridges. This assumes, of course, that you are following a color managed print workflow, are regularly profiling/calibrating your display, and that you are using good quality and the correct ICC paper profiles for the papers you are printing on.
