The ones I like for B&W are:

- Epson Hot Press Natural (matte)
- Epson Exhibition Fiber (lustre)
- Epson Fine Art Velvet (matte)
- Ilford Smooth Fine Art (matte, and it's not really smooth either).

Rarely I may use Epson Premium Glossy 250gsm, which is, as you can guess, glossy.

Hahnemulle Bamboo is a really nice paper, but it curls so much that it's a pain in the next to actually print.
