I have not measured what speed I can shot with because of the in-camere stabilization, but I can say, that the in-camera stabilization in E-M 5 really works, so I would say, that you could use much better - slower - shutterspeed than with the Nikon 180mm f/2.8, which is without VR and no in-camera stab. in Nikons.
When I am really carefull (not always, sorry to say) I use the same technique as when shooting pistol (done that in 30-35 years):
Inhale deep while pointing your camera and framing and doing the composition.
Let it go
Inhale "half" and do not let it go, but keep it
Shoot, but do NOT press the shutter hard, the best is if you can press the shutter as you is not aware when the final "touch" to shoot is done(the last takes som practise, but is worth it)
