I guess I am one of the few minorities who owns the Arca Swiss Z1. This ballhead can handle your camera and a 70-200mm f2.8 with ease even if you clamp it in an offset position.

The only thing that I don't like about it is when using it with video. It doesn't pan as smooth as I would like it to be. A dedicated fluid video head might be best for that purpose but for still photography, it is solid. The Z1 probably has the highest load capacity rating amongst the ballheads.
