You will need a replacement foot for the 70-200 like this one. The Sigma 150-500 will need a plate like this one. These are only examples, RRS and Wimberley also make plates.
Since you have chosen a lever release, recommendation is to pick a plate manufacturer and stick with it for all future plate purchases. A lever release will require you adjust tension for a tight fit. If you have plates with different tolerances you would have to make adjustments in the field when going from a Kirk to an RRS as an example.
I would also suggest a L-bracket for the camera. This will allow you to go from landscape to portrait without having to drop the clamp into the slot.
