Great lighting and post processing!
My approach (having constantly to make up for details overlooked at the shutter click instant): When you’ve got it 95% right try the last 5% in post processing. In this case nothing more than a few clicks with the clone tool.
I don’t often mess with other folk’s images but couldn’t resist. This may be sacrilege to “pure photographers” but I find it truly joyful stepping into the post processing creative process - "being in the zone". A little intervention goes a long way.
