Thank you for the beautiful pics and the info, Alan. Now, am I wrong or isn't white balance just disabled when shooting in NEF, like all other image settings?

BTW, do you have any idea why, even though I have set my color mode to Adobe RGB, very often when opening my (fine JPEG) pics in PS 6, it asks me if I want to "convert" the image to Adobe RGB?

And lastly, if I want to post some pics, what image size and definition should I use? If I try to keep them at 70k they become unpublishable. There must be something I do wrong but I don't know what it is.
