The quick answer is if in-camera sharpening looks good to you, use it. It will take less time to complete the imaging process from shot taking to print or posting.

If you want the absolute best quality do it in post processing. Every image is slightly different, so if you do the sharpening in Photoshop you can obtain the best sharpness for that exact image and not a sharpening based on an "average" of several images.
