Manual focus lenses, other than the rare and expensive 500mm f/4-P and a very few others, will not work well on your D100.

When a manual focus lens is mounted, the D100's built-in meter does not operate. You would need to set your exposure with a hand-held light meter or by trial and error using the histogram display. I am inclined to doubt that you want to work in this fashion.
