I would certainly recommend the D7100, having used all of those cameras. I think it will suit you for a long time to come and meet your requirements. The form factor is a bit different that then Dx00 series(it's size is between the D200 and D50), but you will quickly adapt and be please with it's other features.

Even the price of a new copy is a not unreasonable.
