Kelly, yes you can:

1) You can use a Wein (or similar) safe sync.
2) You can use a PC sync chord (I think that's what it is called) and connect it to an AS-15 (or similar).

My recollection is that the D200 does not have a PC sync connection, only a 10-pin socket.

Obviously, you will not get any iTTL, but you can use the flash in Auto (if it has this mode) or Manual mode.
