I just shot some pottery in the studio in controlled lighting. All WB is perfect.

However, the piece of pottery was a brown color that graduated in some areas to a tan color...

The tan came out a highly saturated yellow..

The only way to remove the yellow in LR was to reduce the saturation of yellow, changing hue or luminance not as effective.

Why would the tans become a fairly bright yellow ??
