The cable that comes with the camera is an UC-4USB and it is about 6 feet long. Here is a link to Newegg for an extension cable that is about 1o feet long. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&N=100017706&isNodeIdI don't know what the additional length does to the performance however. I hope this helps.
