I've read the buffer is 100 LF images at 8fps. How do I achieve that speed? I've got the camera set to CH, manual mode at 1/8000s. The top display read R21. When I get to 21 frames the buffer is maxed out and I can fire off a couple of frames per second while it's writing to the card. I've tried Kingston Ultimate 600x and a Sandisk Extreme 60mb/s with the same results. I also have the problem with my D700 except R=27 or R27 so I get a few more frames. I don't shoot bursts as long as 100 frames, I just want to know how to set up the camera to do it. It may come in handy with the upcoming soccer season just a few weeks away. BTW, the battery is a new EN-EL4A and the Nikon MB-D10 and the camera is set to use the EN-EL4A battery first.
