"RE: the Rubber on the right side of my d300s is starting to come unglued"
The rubber on the right side of the body covers access to the guts of the camera. It is held in place with something like sticky double sided tape and can easily come loose.Try using a little Pliobond (rubber contact cement) applied with a toothpick. You don't need to remove the rubber piece - just glue the loose part so it is secure.Nikon Service has a replacement part available with adhesive.
